Commitment to Transparency and Accountability: Public Disclosure Policy

 

Baskets of Care makes available to the public the following documents on our website.

 

• Articles of incorporation and all amendments

• Bylaws and all amendments

• Conflict of interest policy

• Form 1023 (original tax-exemption filing document) and all attachments

• Current organizational budget

• Year-ending financial statement (unaudited)

• Annual report as published

 

We do not make audited financial a statements available as our budget is less than $50,000 a year and we are therefore not required to complete an independent audit. Similarly, we file postcard mailings with the IRS rather than full Form 990s and they are, therefore, not available for review.
